Students will benefit from a challenging and vibrant environment in
which to explore and develop their imagination. Class sizes are restricted
in order to provide students with greater opportunities to express themselves.
Acting sessions will include a variety of theatre games and
activities designed to improve focus, concentration, vocal production,
group dynamics, miming skills, storytelling, improvisation, emotional and sense memory, kinaesthetic awareness and physical
control.
Dance sessions are designed to improve posture, physical
awareness and self confidence in movement. Students will be introduced to a variety of modern dance styles including hip hop, jazz, modern while gaining a foundation in ballet, tap and ballroom.
Singing sessions will provide students with a foundation
in the classical Bel canto, "beautiful singing", technique. Children will be taught proper breathing and vocal exercises
to develop and improve their singing range. Students will expore different
singing styles through a variety of song genres including, musical theatre, jazz, pop and classical.

Dance training will be focused upon 3 main aspects: Technique, Strength, and Performance.
In order for a performer to look their best when dancing the body needs to adapt from normal posture and stance. Dancers
must be able to achieve maximum turnout from the hips, strengthen their core to support the back, thus enabling
the feet to perfrom complex movements as the head and arms are free to achieve the correct lines.
